Returns Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS

Pillow Style is a make-to-order manufacturer that utilizes custom designer fabrics chosen by each customer.  Based on your selection we secure the fabric for your specific order then manufacture our brand products for you.

We sew and finish our products in the USA, and stand by the craftsmanship of our products.

We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations; so if you feel that there is any issue with the sewn quality of your product(s) please contact us prior to use; and within 30 days of receipt.

If the product is arrives damaged or you feel that it was sent to you in error then either refuse delivery, or contact us ASAP (within 5 business days), and do not use the product.

We do not cover return shipping costs.  However, if we make an error in manufacturing your product(s) or processing your order we will correct the error and refund all appropriate costs incurred by you.

In order to review and determine the cause of the issue with your product we will need to inspect that product, please refer to the Return Procedure below.

Please also note that we cannot issue any refund for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that has been used and/or exposed to perfumes and/or smoke.
  • Any item that has been washed.
  • Any Item that has been damaged, and not claimed as such to Pillow Style within 5 business days of arrival to destination.
  • Any item that is not return post-marked within 5 business days of issuance of a Pillow Style Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • Any custom product made with customer supplied materials.

 

Color and Fit Policy

We make products from custom fabrics, so there is always the possibility of some slight variance in the product.  Many of our products are made from natural materials which gives them a unique look and feel; and a custom appearance to accentuate your style.

Due to the custom nature of or products and the differences in computer monitor color settings and displays we do not take responsibility for discrepancies between physical product color and the color as seen on your computer screen.

But, the pillow cover just doesn’t match the color that I was looking for…and no one wants to paint the room.

If that is the issue then please contact us, so that we can discuss possible solutions.

 

My husband “the engineer” often reminds me that pillows are not medical analyzers, so there can be moderate variance between pillows of the same size even when they are from the same manufacturer. Please refer to our Pillow Sizing Rules of Thumb (another engineering term that my husband likes to use).

But, what if the pillows don’t fit?

We stock the proper pillows and will ensure that they fit the pillow covers that you ordered.

Returns Procedure

All Pillow Style product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please contact us via telephone at +1 (844) 529-4483 from (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday) or via email at customerservice@pillow.style to explain the issue and receive your RMA #.
